Born in Adana in 1974, Kemal Akkaya completed his undergraduate and graduate education in the field of Business Administration. Akkaya, who started his career as an Assistant Specialist at Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in 1997, served as Investment Specialist, Deputy Investment Manager and Investment Manager until 2015.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Capital Markets and is also experienced in the field of venture capital as an angel investor. It has a Capital Market Advanced and Derivative Instruments license.

He has 30 years of experience in financial markets, industry and agriculture sectors. During this period, he has taken on roles in regulatory institutions, issuer companies and investment institutions that are indispensable for capital markets. In order to achieve basic goals and objectives at MKK and Tarım Kredi Holding, he has carried out process improvements, legislation, product, public offering, risk management, risk-based internal audit, internal control evaluation and consultancy studies. In the investment institution, he has undertaken leading roles as an executive in capital market functions and functions.

He has taken on/is taking on duties as a member of technical and related boards in the adoption of the basic principles and guidelines of corporate governance in company practices of a cultural nature and in further activating the functions of the relevant bodies in this field.

He holds a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Advisor license and capital market activity licenses (Corporate Governance Rating, Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Derivative Instruments). He has been serving as the General Manager and Board Member at Lydia Holding A.Ş. since April 2024.

Born in Ankara Polatlı in 1973, Aydın Öztunalı studied Business Administration at Middle East Technical University. Then he completed his master's degree at HEC Paris MBA. He completed his doctorate in Accounting and Finance at Ankara University. He started his career as an assistant specialist in the Treasury department at Bank Ekspres and continued as a lecturer at METU and the Police Academy.

He served as managing partner at Midas Consulting between 2005 and 2018. Aydın Öztunalı, who serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bulls Girişim Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., also continues to be a managing partner at KFD Yatırım Danışmanlık.

He has been working as TÜBİTAK, NÜVEGE, Atılım University, Ankara Teknopark Startup Mentor since 2018. He has also been personally investing in Speak2buddy, Paramparça, Evreka, Otsimo, Initio Cell and New Direction Gaming projects since 2016.

He is a member of ERBAN / Erciyes Angel Investment Network and EstBAN / Estonia Business Angels Network.

Born in Istanbul in 1975, Sıtkı Sönmezer studied Sociology at Boğaziçi University. He then completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul Bilgi University. He completed his doctorate in Accounting and Finance at Marmara University. He started his career in 1998 as an Import and Export manager at Kisan İnşaat. Afterwards, he worked as an analyst at Boston ABDC company in Boston, USA.

Between 2008 and 2011, he continued as a lecturer in the Securities and Capital Markets department at Doğuş University Vocational School. He worked as an Assistant Professor at Beykent University. Associate Professor, who serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bulls Venture Capital Investment Partnership Inc. Sıtkı Sönmezer also works in the field of Finance and Banking at Istanbul Commerce University.

Volkan Öngel received his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Economics in 1999. Then he completed his master's degree at Beykent University on International Economic Policy and Business Administration. He completed his doctorate on Middle Eastern Studies at Marmara University. He started his academic career at Beykent University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2010. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2016 and Professor in 2021.

Between 2012 and 2019, he served as Deputy Institute Director and Institute Director at Beykent University Social Sciences. He has been serving as Rector since 2023.

He teaches courses in the university's undergraduate and graduate departments.

He has articles published in international refereed journals.

He has been a member of the Turkish Economic Association since 2014.
